It has taken a while, but we are now in Venice, to spend a night before getting on a rather large boat tomorrow.
We are both wrecked - we've been up for about 36 hours, so sleep desperately beckons. Photos will be forthcoming in later posts.
It is good to see Venice again; the crowds seem a little smaller this time around - very much a relief.
